The old-fashioned Istrian dishes - a little bit of everything and nothing too much, will remain long in your memory. Just to mention the tradition of dried ham, cheese, pasta, polenta, truffles, snails and manestra (minestrone) the symbol of a poor cuisine, very appreciated today. We will not forget good wine, homemade brandies and the olive oil of tested quality that we offer in our honesty bar.
