Additional information
- The minimum stay is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday
- No additional costs, all-inclusive, bed and kitchen linen, heating and cooling, water, gas, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, guest registration, parking 2+2, baby cot,

Terms of payment and cancellation
- Credit card payment is not possible, only bank transfer
- 30% advance paid within 3 days of booking, the rest 30 days before check in
- For the down payment you will receive a voucher and confirmation by e-mail.
Cancellation must be made in writing:
- from the booking data and until 40 days before the arrival 90% of the reservation paid
- 39-30 days before the arrival 60% of the reservation paid
- 29 days before the arrival reservation paid will be not refunded
If the tenant can place another tenant in the same period at the same price we will accept a change. Notification about the other tenant must be made in writing by e-mail.
